Other tools generate content. Scooli will know every class.

Scooli prepares each class's week of lessons, with lesson plans, worksheets, tests, quizzes and slide decks ready to edit, and is building a live model of the curriculum, what was planned, what was taught and what's left, to decide what each class should do next. It starts with teachers and already reaches the whole school.

The problem

AI generates content. Nobody tracks the curriculum.

Dozens of tools generate lesson plans, worksheets and tests. Any of them can be copied, and the big platforms can add one whenever they like.

What nobody has is a live model of where each class stands in its curriculum: what was planned, what was taught and what's left. Without it, every request starts from zero and the school can't see what actually happens in lessons.

The state of every classIn development

Scooli will know where each class stands.

We're building a live state for every class: what the curriculum asks for, what has been taught, what's left and what to do next. Scooli will use it to plan, prepare and adjust each lesson, instead of starting from zero with every request.

  • 1

Planned and taught, side by side

See what was planned and what was actually taught, class by class.

  • 2

    What's left in the curriculum

The topics still to cover, the ones that fell behind and how many lessons remain before the next assessment.

  • 3

    The right lesson next

Scooli suggests the adjustment (one more lesson on a topic, move another) and prepares differentiated materials for it.

A loop that repeats every week

    What the year asks for

The moat

Not the AI model. The context that builds up.

Models will keep getting better and cheaper. What can't be copied is the context of each class, built week by week.

  1. 01

    Structured curriculum

Subjects, grades, domains, topics, objectives and dependencies, as data the AI can use, not as a PDF.

  2. 02

    The state of every class

What should have been taught, what was taught, where the class is and what comes next.

  3. 03

    Execution data

Planned, taught and assessed, over years. A feature can be copied; two years of lessons' context can't.

  4. 04

    Workflows that act

Scooli stops waiting for the request: it updates plans, prepares lessons, spots delays and suggests reinforcement.

  5. 05

    An institutional network

Teachers, classes, departments, schools. The more of a school uses it, the more valuable it is to everyone.

Distribution

From one teacher to the whole school.

Teachers are the channel: every teacher who uses Scooli each week brings the school closer to the institutional plan.

  1. 01

    A teacher discovers Scooli

Organic search and word of mouth between colleagues.

  2. 02

    Uses it with their classes

The plan becomes a calendar and each week gets prepared.

  3. 03

    Invites colleagues

More teachers from the same school join, each with their own classes.

  4. 04

The school adopts the institutional plan

Leadership sees the curriculum of every class, and the conversation stops being "want to try it?".

Business model

Three tiers, from free to the school.

Public pricing, in three tiers.

  1. Free

    €0

20 credits a month. The way in: every teacher tries it with their real lessons.

  2. Pro

    €6.99/month

For the individual teacher, with no creation limits. Also available as an annual plan.

  3. Institutional

    Per school

For schools and school groups: the curriculum of every class in view, central management and support, priced by number of teachers.

Market

We started in Portugal, where we're proving the engine.

Portugal is the market we know best, so that's where we started and where we're proving the curriculum-execution engine. Entering a new market is mostly a question of distribution: technically, we can have Scooli running in a new country in under 4 weeks.

Where we're going

From the class to the school, from the school to the system. The full path is on the roadmap.
